We are proud to introduce the NYFS Grant Program for 2013. This is an in house grant offered to those patients who qualify because we feel that everyone should be afforded the opportunity for treatment, when possible. Ask for details after your consultation with one of our physicians.

In order to help our patients understand how insurance will work with their fertility treatment, Melanie Crespi, our billing and insurance advisor, is available to answer your questions about your insurance benefits, even before you start treatment. Melanie will personally meet with each patient to help explain individual insurance coverage and benefits. At New York Fertility Services, we know how important it is for each of our patients to understand all aspects of fertility treatment so that we can help you make the best treatment choices .

NYFS participates with these major insurance carriers: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, The Empire Government Plan and Multiplan/PHCS. We will help you navigate the sometimes confusing benefits process. If insurance coverage is not available, we offer a full range of financing options through our partnership with Advanced Reproductive Care (ARC) to help you afford the cost of care. These financing plans can help maximize a patient’s chance of conceiving through appropriate treatment while minimizing the overall financial risk.

In addition, NYFS works with specialty pharmacies that offer the full range of fertility medications at competitive pricing.

EMD Serono offers a free medication for IVF through their Fertility Assist program. Go to www.fertilitylifelines.com to read about the program and fill out an application.
